BGTracker is a desktop app for buying group resellers. It automates the tedious parts of the workflow; importing orders from retailers, syncing tracking numbers to buying groups, matching payouts, and calculating profit. If you're spending hours in spreadsheets managing orders across Amazon, Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Costco, or Woot, BGTracker replaces all of that.

Yes. Every new user gets a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required. After the trial you can pick a plan; Shrimp ($19/mo, 1 retailer account), Shark ($29/mo, 3 accounts), or Whale ($49/mo, unlimited accounts). Yearly billing saves you two months.

Yes. BGTracker is a native desktop app available for both Windows and macOS, including Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3/M4).

You add your retailer account profiles in the app (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Costco, Woot). When you click Import Orders, BGTracker logs into your accounts and pulls all your orders; including item details, prices, and tracking numbers. You choose which retailer and time period to import. The whole process takes seconds, even for hundreds of orders.

Yes. You can add as many profiles as your plan allows. The Shark plan supports 3 retailer accounts and Whale supports unlimited. Each profile can be a separate Amazon, Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Costco, or Woot login; personal or business.

BGTracker has a CSV import feature. You can paste order data from a spreadsheet or CSV file and it'll parse and import the records. There's also a manual tracking import for adding tracking data from Google Sheets or other sources.

After importing orders, BGTracker automatically pulls tracking numbers and checks delivery status in real-time. Each order shows a color-coded status badge; Ordered, Shipped, Arriving, Delivered, Returned, Stolen, Refunded, etc. You can click Refresh Orders anytime to update all statuses across your accounts.

BGTracker auto-detects and tracks packages from Amazon (TBA), UPS, USPS, FedEx, LaserShip, OnTrac, and Roadie. Tracking numbers are clickable and open directly to the carrier's tracking page.

Click the Sync Payouts button in the orders toolbar. BGTracker uploads all tracking numbers for delivered orders to your connected buying group (BuyingGroup or BFMR) in bulk. You can also use the three-dot dropdown to sync individual integrations, or set up Auto Sync to do it automatically on a timer.

BGTracker currently integrates with BuyingGroup and BuyForMeRetail (BFMR). Both support automatic tracking upload and payout import. You can enable one or both in the integration settings.

Address filtering lets you control which orders get synced to each buying group integration. You can specify address numbers to include or exclude, so only orders shipped to certain addresses are uploaded. This is useful if you ship to multiple addresses and only want specific ones synced to a particular buying group.

Auto Sync runs your workflow automatically on a timer (5 to 60 minutes). You choose which operations to include; Import Orders, Refresh Orders, and Sync Payouts. Once enabled, BGTracker keeps everything up to date in the background without you having to click anything.

When you sync payouts, BGTracker pulls payout data from your buying group and matches it to your orders. Each order shows the payout amount, your cost, profit, cashback percentage, and margin. You can filter orders by Paid or Unpaid to see what's been settled and what's still outstanding.

Profit is calculated as payout minus cost, factoring in cashback. The margin column shows the percentage. The analytics dashboard gives you a financial overview; total spent, total payouts, net profit, and overall margin for any time period.

Yes. Cost, payout, and cashback fields are all editable inline. Click on any value in the orders table to update it. This is useful for adjusting prices, adding manual payouts, or correcting cashback percentages.

Drop-Off is a barcode scanning system for tracking physical inventory. You scan each package in three steps; tracking number, UPC barcode, and serial number. BGTracker auto-detects carriers, looks up product names by UPC, and checks for duplicate serials. You can view your scanned inventory by box, by product, or as a summary, and generate reports.

The built-in Deals browser shows active deals from your buying group. You can see product names, ASINs, UPCs, retail prices, payout amounts, margins, and commitment status; all without leaving BGTracker. Check which of your accounts are eligible for each deal and start purchasing directly.

All your data is stored locally on your computer. BGTracker never uploads your retailer logins, order details, buying group credentials, or any personal data to our servers. We physically cannot access your data. The only thing stored on our end is your subscription status and license key.

Each license is tied to one machine at a time. If you switch computers, your license will automatically transfer when you log in on the new device. Your order data stays on the original computer since it's stored locally; you'd need to start fresh on the new machine.

The main difference is how many retailer accounts you can connect. Shrimp ($19/mo) supports 1 account, Shark ($29/mo) supports 3 accounts, and Whale ($49/mo) supports unlimited accounts. All plans include every feature; order import, buying group sync, deals browser, drop-off scanning, analytics, CSV export, and Auto Sync.

Your order data stays on your computer since it's stored locally. You just won't be able to import new orders, sync to buying groups, or access premium features without an active subscription. You can resubscribe anytime to pick up where you left off.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and yearly billing anytime from your dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Yearly billing saves you the equivalent of two months.
